Payment Policy for Events
All payments are to be made in Australian dollars $AUD. Upon payment, the registrant forfeits the right for any entitlement to a refund however an alternate registrant may attend. Payment must be received prior to the date of the event.
Order Policy for Products
All payments are to be made in Australian dollars $AUD. Customers placing an order will be required to register and or/login using a username and password. For further information, call the Concrete Pumping Association of Australia office on 1300 136 636. Concrete Pumping Association of Australia financial members are provided with the Membership Discount Code to be used during Checkout. Non-members are not entitled to use the Membership Discount. Any breach of the policy will result in additional charges. Payment must be received prior to shipment of goods.
The Concrete Pumping Association of Australia reserves the right to increase prices at any time. However, orders which have already been placed under the previous pricing structure will still be fulfilled. All product prices are inclusive of GST.
Returns, Refunds and Cancellation Policy
No refunds will be accepted at any time unless the item has been supplied incorrectly. In this instance, products will be exchanged where the product/s remains undamaged. Orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed.
The Concrete Pumping Association of Australia (CPAA) does not refund or reimburse any portion of membership fees. Membership is provided on an annual basis and will continue provided that your membership fees are not outstanding. Membership fees will be reviewed annually and may be subject to increase at our discretion. We will notify you of any change to your annual membership fee.
We may cancel any membership where membership fees are not paid in full within 45 days of invoice. We reserve the right to recover or withdraw any monetary benefits of your membership discount(s) obtained while your fees were outstanding.
Your membership renewal reminder will be emailed prior to your renewal date each year, to the email address provided by you. It is your responsibility to update the CPAA of any changes to your circumstances, not limited to; address, contact details, company name, number of line/boom/satellite pumps, or membership category.
All goods will be delivered by courier. Orders via courier can only be delivered to a physical address. PO BOX numbers are not acceptable. All orders have tracking numbers which will be provided to the customer upon confirmed payment and shipment. Order delivery times can vary depending on destination. Typically, within 3-4 days from the date of order. Freight charges are calculated at checkout. No insurance for delivery of product/s is included.

Customer Service Policy
The Concrete Pumping Association of Australia is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We will endeavour to ensure that all products listed on our website are in stock and pricing is true and correct. In the event of an ordered item not being available, or we are unable to fulfil your order, we will notify you within two (2) business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.
