National Australian Representation for the Concrete Pumping Industry with New Zealand National Representation affiliations.

Concrete Pumping Australasia (formally F.A.C.P.A.)

was established in 1986 to represent the Australian State Associations to develop and Efficient, Stable, Safe and Profitable Concrete Pumping Industry and to speak as a united voice for the State Association Members whenever the members agree that a united voice is required.

The Constitution was amended in June 2004 to allow the Concrete Pumping Association of NSW to include interstate companies to become members of the NSW Association due to the closure of all or most of the State Associations.

The President, Vice President and Secretary of the NSW Concrete Pumping Association are automatically elected to hold the same positions on Concrete Pumping Australasia the National Body.

The current office bearers are:-

The recently formed New Zealand Concrete Pumping Association have agreed to affiliate with Concrete Pumping Australasia and therefore the benefits to members can be summarized as follows:-

When and if the concrete pumping industry has a need for National Representation pertaining to any subject with any Government Department or other national institutions then a working sub-committee will be formed to present the established point of view on behalf of the members.

The working sub-committee will be formed by nomination and acceptance from any financial state member of the NSW Concrete Pumping Association or members from the New Zealand Concrete Pumping Association. The working sub-committee must include a minimum of one (1) of the elected office bearers as noted above unless officially delegated to others by all three (3) office bearers of Concrete Pumping Australasia.

Pump Safe Australia
Pump Safe Australia is a non-trading name that has been established by Concrete Pumping Australasia to create an industry awareness of the various Safety Products that have been developed, produced and distributed by the Concrete Pumping Association of NSW inc.
The products are distributed to members and non-members throughout Australia and New Zealand for the purpose of building a Safer Concrete Pumping Industry.

Products currently available include:-

• Regulation complying Logbooks for all the various types of Concrete Pumps.
• Safety Manuals that comply to all the regulation that can also be used for training and induction.
• Safety Stickers for all types of Concrete Pumps made up in regulation required kits.
• Many other environmental and general “Code of Practice” books in conjunction with WorkCover or other like organisation.
