The Concrete Pumping Association supplies several Safety Products for members and non-members Australia Wide.

Safety Logbooks:-
Current Standards & the Code of Practice require that Owners and Operators are to maintain a record of all the maintenance carried out on Concrete Pumping Equipment at regular intervals in accordance with the Code. The Concrete Pumping Association has designed Code conforming Logbooks that are user friendly and are suitable for all types of Concrete Pumps.
Boom Pumps require two Logbooks per pump as follows:-
- Office Copy Logbook remains in the office of the Company for a period of six (6) years and has been designed to receive and record all maintenance carried out on each Boom Pump unit in the fleet.
- Operator Copy Logbook is kept in the cabin of the unit and is used by the Operator to carry out maintenance checks. The pages are automatically copied and upon completion the pages are transferred into the Office Copy Logbook.
Line Pumps and other Trailer Pumps only require the Operator Copy Logbook and the book has been designed to suit both Boom or Line Pumps by isolating the sections required to be completed for each of the types of concrete pumping equipment.
Safety Stickers:-
The current Code of Practice requires that all models and types of concrete pumping equipment must conform to a minimum standard of visual safety warnings and the Concrete Pumping Association has available complete kits of approved safety stickers that include a document that will show where each sticker should be located on the unit. The stickers are of robust quality and are available to members and non-members.
Safety Manual:-
The Concrete Pumping Association of NSW in conjunction with the American Concrete Pumping Association has produced a comprehensive Safety Manual that has been designed as a guide to the prevention of accidents. The manual includes safety information when driving, operating and maintaining concrete pumps and related equipment. The book will fit into a normal size glove box and may also be used for training and induction.
PRODUCT INFORMATION AND PRICING
Logbooks:- The Association supplies Logbooks (Safety Checks) to the industry as follows:-
- Operator Boom Pump – This Logbook lasts for twelve (12) months and is kept in the cabin of the pump for the operator to use. When the pages are complete a copy of the completed page is transferred to an office copy. One book is required for each boom pump in your fleet.
- Office Copy Boom Pump – This Logbook lasts for six (6) years and is kept in the office to receive the completed copies from the operator. One book is required for each boom pump in your fleet.
- Operator Line Pump – This Logbook lasts for twelve (12) months and is kept in the cabin of the pump for the operator to use. One book is required for each line pump in your fleet.
Note:- The Operator copies of the Logbooks may be used for either Boom or Line Pumps as the check points for each type of pump are colour coded.
