The CPAA partnered with the American Shotcrete Association, American Concrete Institute and Maguire Shotcrete to run the only Shotcrete Certification Course in Australia. The exclusive course gives Aussie Pumpers the chance to become ACI Certified Shotcrete Nozzlemen. It was held from the 19th -21st of February at Maguire Shotcrete in Sunshine West, Victoria.
Attendees included groups from across Australia and New Zealand. Charles Hanskat from the American Shotcrete Association presented the content, allowing the group to become only the fourth internationally recognised shotcreters to be certified in Australia.
I attended the CPAA Shotcrete Certification Course in February 2020. Being a Shotcreter for 10 years, I thought it would be boring, but I found it really enjoyable and learnt a few things I didn’t know. Would recommend to new Shotcreters and experienced ones.
