Have Your Say: Improving Plant Item Renewals with Safework NSW

03-11-2022

Safework NSW will be shortly changing the way customers renew their Plant Item Registrations through an enhanced online, digitally integrated form.

The NSW Licensing Program are working to digitise licensing and registration services in NSW and are seeking feedback from current registration holders regarding their digital products.

In order to provide feedback, current registration holders will be asked to answer targeted questions about different aspects of their experience. The chance to have your say will provide direction and allow you to be involved in an exciting project that re-shapes licence management. Additionally, you will be helping NSW Government to better serve you and the other 60,000 registrations across the state.

To have your say, the 45 minute guided session (online via Microsoft Teams) will be starting from the 21st November 2022, on a day that is convenient to you.

If you are interested in the Customer Testing activity, please email NSW Licensing Program at licensingprogram@customerservice.nsw.gov.au by COB 15th November. The Product Team will then be in touch to discuss a suitable timeslot and arrange the session. Additionally any questions about the process can be forwarded to the above email address.
